On Feb. 23, several hundred Falun Gong practitioners from around the world held a parade in Los Angeles appealing for the stop of the eight-year persecution of the spiritual practice in China. They held banners with messages about the persecution of Falun Gong in China, the movement of withdrawal of Chinese people from the Chinese Communist Party and its affiliated organs, as well as the Nine Commentaries .
