TOKYO, Japan—The final Tokyo Chinese Spectacular performance took place at Bunkyo Civic Hall on Friday February 15th. In attendance were a several diplomatic representatives, including the Ambassador of the Republic of Panama, Alfredo Martiz. He said he was impressed by the show and added the performers did "perfectly".

"Really good symmetry, very good coordination, and symbolism. For me, the most impressive is the symbolism of each show. How you represent life, and creation, and all those things, for me, it's not only beautiful because the performance by itself, it's because of the symbolism that it represents… the spirituality. I cannot understand Chinese but I catch the idea of spiritualism, I'm really happy."

"The Lady of the Moon" and "the Risen Lotus Flower" stood out among Ambassador Martiz's favorite performances. "I enjoyed the performance with the sun; it was really impressive for me. The other performance was which the ladies are attacked by the Chinese Communists guards. This is really impressive, honestly, I liked how she was rescued, and then she moved to another realm, it's interesting, a really symbolic performance."

"I think the most important issue of the performances is how symbolic and spiritual Chinese people are."

Ambassador Martiz left the show with a sense of inner peace, "The message I received was peace. I think the message we can all understand."
