Liquigas Cyclist Beltran Tests Positive, Say Tour Organizers

AURILLAC, France—Spaniard Manuel Beltran of the Liquigas team has tested positive on the Tour de France, race organisers said on Friday. "Amaury Sport Organisation (ASO) has contacted Liquigas to inform them that their rider Manuel Beltran has tested positive," an ASO executive told Reuters.
