FLUSHING, New York City—Since May 17 the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) has continually organized overseas spies and their cohorts to besiege Falun Gong practitioners, volunteers from the Service Center for Quitting the CCP and The Epoch Times newspaper staff in Flushing, New York.
On June 1, the CCP began extending their actions toward the New York police department. One of the CCP cohorts, dressed in white, caused a commotion outside the Queens Library in Flushing, New York, accosting the police officer who was maintaining order. The man accused the policeman of hitting him.
Although he was holding a cell phone, he used a pay phone to file a complaint to the police station in front of the officer he accused.
The man continued to yell loudly in English that he wanted to let the people of every community know that the police had physically assaulted him.
The man then crossed the street and rejoined a crowd of CCP accomplices and announced that he was going to the police station to testify.

More than seven accomplices went along with the man as so-called "witnesses."
In actuality, the "witnesses" were standing too far away from where the alleged "assault" occurred to be able to see the event.
The accused officer told reporters that the man was putting on an act.
