FLUSHING, N.Y.—An Epoch Times reporter overheard a Chinese man, standing in the Pro-CCP mob, describing how he had attacked a female Falun Gong practitioner last week, ripping the sign she was holding and knocking her to the ground.

The man said that police shooed him away from the fallen practitioners, but took no further action. So, the man did the same thing just a few minutes later.

This time a police officer arrested him saying, 'That is the second time you did that."

The man said he was taken to a police station, and fined $440 for assault, and told to appear in court the following week.

This man then told his friends that the police couldn't be there all the time, so his friends should wait until the police weren't around, and then drag practitioners into alleyways and beat them there, out of sight of witnesses.

Another Epoch Times reporter at the scene of the Chinese mob scene surrounding the Falun Gong rally in Flushing, interviewed an onlooker, who told him, "I read that this was organized by the Consulate a few days ago in Dajiyuan (Epoch Times Chinese edition) and I didn't believe it. So I decided to come to Flushing to check it out for myself."

The man continued, "It is definitely organized by the Consulate. Listening to the people, I know it is definitely organized by the Consulate."
