EDMONTON—Divine Performing Arts graced Northern Alberta Jubilee Auditorium Tuesday evening with their second-to-last performance of Chinese Spectacular . The Edmonton audience was delighted with the performance.

"Excellent so far; very, very good, they're amazing to watch," said contractor Jamial Hamdon in the intermission.

Hamdon said that he enjoyed the Mongolian Bowl Dance , for its costuming and the movements. He described it as "very, very well done."

Health professional Sharron Laskiwski said that her deepest impression of the show was its "artistic nature of the dancing, authenticity and costume design."

She continued, "I have to say the vocalists as well as the dance routine and the artistic choreography. I particularly like the sergeant costume [In Loyalty of Yue Fei ] because of its powerfulness, but on the female side of things, I enjoyed the tea [ Mongolian Bowl Dance ] because of the balance of the nature and the Mongolian costumes were just spectacular."

Laskiwski further remarked on how she favored the shows vocalists for their strong and powerful voice. She also said that she learned about authentic Chinese culture's respect for woman and the gentle side of masculinity.

"I learned about the respect that they had for women and I also learned about the gentle side of the masculinity that they portrayed, particularly with the drum dancer team....there was a lot of synchronicities in it."
