EDMONTON—Head of University of Alberta's String Department, Dr. Tanya Prochazka, expressed her admiration and appreciation for the Divine Performing Arts' musicians after she saw the Chinese Spectacular Monday evening at Northern Alberta Jubilee Auditorium.

"Beautiful, absolutely; very interesting. I'm a musician so I'm fascinated with the rhythm and movement. And I think that the orchestra is doing a fabulous job," said Prochazka, who came to see the show with her husband.

"The ensemble is excellent. The whole coordination; they're all beautiful playing, all around."

"I'm a cellist. I would sit in the pit like these cellists. My ears are all on the orchestra. So I'm impressed."

Prochazka remarked that she had an appreciation for the difficulties of a touring orchestra.

"I think that they must be exhausted though, after such a long tour because it's been in 60 concerts in 1 tour and this being their last one. I think they'll celebrate because it's very difficult to keep the enthusiasm for this length of time."

"I'm full of admiration. It's a great production. It's a very well planned, cohesive production."
