BUCHAREST, Romania—During the first of two nights of the Chinese Spectacular , the Divine Performing Arts entertained and engaged an appreciative audience with the rich and majestic culture of ancient China.

Tudor Cetateanu, a TV producer, was in attendance at Bucharest's National Theatre.

He shared his professional thoughts, "There are many Chinese elements, with a few Mongolian elements as well. The whole time in the background had lots of images which help the show a lot."

He continued, "It was a very good idea to have it translated for the spectators, which not many theatres in the world do at present. Since one sixth of the world is Chinese and the most spoken language is Mandarin, we should all turn our eyes to a show like this."

Mr Cetateanu said, "I very much respected the message of tolerance, kindness and truth. It is a message that is wonderful in any corner of the world. I'm glad that the show is made in the free world and also that it was in New York because it can be seen that there is no censorship in it."

Mr Cetateanu commented on the attempts of the Chinese embassies and consulates around the world to block the show.

"This is strange because things like this still happen in the 21st century," Mr Cetateanu said.

The show had a deep spiritual nature as well, he said, "The scene with a man whose wife is sitting on the moon, [Lady in the Moon] had great help with the slideshow. Also the song lyrics have great meanings as well. It had a very powerful message in a pleasant way."
