BUCHAREST, Romania—On the evening of April 7, 2008, Bucharest's performing arts enthusiasts enjoyed the Chinese Spectacular presented by Divine Performing Arts. Among the audience were representatives from the professional entertainment community. Victor King, an Israeli-Romanian music professor and opera and pop singer from Bucharest and Tel Aviv, shared his professional opinion of the show with The Epoch Times.

King pointed out, "The costumes were so extraordinarily colorful and very beautiful. I haven't seen such beautiful costumes in a long time and the dances were very beautiful. The ballerinas all looked very young and very pretty. I especially liked the whole first part of the show."

Because King works in the fine arts field, he was able to share his unique insight. He said "From the professional standpoint, being a music professor I have seen a lot of operas, ballets, etc. I can say that it's a very beautiful high level performance, and again the variety of colors and the costumes amazed me."

Briefly commenting on his background, King said "I haven't seen any Chinese shows before. I've heard it is a show from North America … I've never been to China, but I think that China's situation is a special one. Having close to 2 billion people it's very hard to rule so many. I can't have any opinion."

He showed his sympathy and support for China's human rights situation by saying "I'm against the mass executions that happen in China. I'm against the torture that is happening. It's a special situation and I don't know what the truth is. We are about to have the Olympics in Beijing. I hope it will take place normally. I've heard that Germany's chancellor will not attend the opening ceremony. I don't agree with this because the Olympics must be separated from politics."

King concluded his conversation by saying "I would highly recommend it and I would say I hope that tomorrow's crowd be larger than today's, as today it was very full. The audience was extremely pleased. The applauses were enthusiastic and inspiring."
