Barrister and Musician Enjoy the 'Chinese Spectacular'

By Albert Lin and Tanya Ostin

Sydney, Australia—Angela Ketas, a barrister, thought the Spectacular was fantastic. "I found it very enjoyable and I think the Chinese people should be very proud."

Angela used to do ballet as a young girl and has watched many ballet performances. She said the costumes were "amazing" and the interactive backdrops were "so clear-I've never seen them utilize that sort of backdrop... so I was really impressed."

She also liked the 'Mongolian Bowl Dance'.

"I was very impressed and I want to know if there was a trick? Did it have Velcro? I was very impressed by the bowls on the head dance. I mean I am amazed by all of it, very impressed by all of it. I was in awe of women balancing with the bowls on their heads and shaking their shoulders."

Craig Ketas, Angela's husband, is a stay-at-home dad and musician. He liked 'Nymphs of the Sea' the most. He was particularly impressed by the use of fans (by the nymphs) and thought it was very clear.
