ADELAIDE, Australia—The drumming performances in the Chinese Spectacular were definite favourites for retirees Harry and Margaret Wellans, who attended the last Australian performance for 2008 at the Festival Theatre.
"I liked the drumming, I thought that was very good," said Margaret, who is originally from Hong Kong.
"I think all in all they are all very, very good. I think the ones with the fan--the one at the beginning, the first section--The Nymphs of the Sea'. That was very gorgeous."
Harry also commented on the drumming. "I thought it was quite spectacular and the [drummers] near the closing were absolutely great…I thought it was very enjoyable."
