CANBERRA, Australia—The Divine Performing Arts Chinese Spectacular is a show for everyone. A group of eight senior citizens had travelled on a private bus from Kawaree Lodge in Queanbeyan to the Canberra Theatre to watch the matinee session of the Chinese Spectacular on Saturday April 12.
They were very happy to provide the following comments on what they thought of the Spectacular.
"Absolutely wonderful, beautiful", Celia said. "Very nice, excellent," Vera added. "Well, I thought the sea was wonderful and the colouring of the costumes," said Geraldine referring to the 'Nymphs of the Sea' performance. "I enjoyed it a lot," Joy commented. "It was brilliant. The costumes were wonderful, very nice," said Eva. "I reckon that was excellent to me: Excellent! Excellent! Excellent!" Gary said. Jack also agreed. "It was very beautiful and very well organized," he said. Stan said: "I can't sing, [but] I thought it was wonderful."
