BRATISLAVA, Slovakia—"Perfect, beautiful, breathtaking!" said businessman and former magician Igor Menuek after he attended the Chinese Spectacular show at the National Opera House Sunday evening. "It was very good. It was their first show here. Normally, I'm a very big fan of that."
What did he like best? "Hard to say," he responded. "For me, everything was perfect. But I like the drummers because I spent a long time in Hokkaido, Japan, and sold drums."
"I am a very big fan of drums," he said.
Ms. Darina Sandova, a medical staffer, also enjoyed the drums. She said, "This show was unique, marvelous, emotional! I liked it very much, especially the Chinese drums...and the projected background scenes, as well."
"Wonderful show," she added. "And I dont regret at all that I came here and I will definitely come next year. I liked the dance very much—the ballet was gorgeous and the songs were very beautiful. I liked them very much."
