Hong Fengtian, Honorary Superintendent of Chang Gung Traditional Chinese Medical Clinic at Nantou County, Taiwan, attended the Divine Performing Arts Taichung premiere on March 9, along with ten of his family members. After seeing the show, he said, "This show surpasses the world class, and it has lived up to the name of "Divine". Every movement is so well coordinated. The show makes me free from worries. I am going to invite more friends with the Rotary Club to see the show!"
During the intermission, Hong said, "In terms of the dancing, I think all the dancers are well trained, and their skills are marvelous." He added joyfully, "The 'Drummers of Tang Court' is really wonderful; the 'Lady of the Moon' is also fabulous, and the contents of every act are so magnificent that they are beyond words."
When asked if he had seen this kind of shows before, he replied, "Rarely! We seldom saw a show with such a high quality as the Divine Performing Arts has. What we have usually seen are folk dance performances. The level of this Chinese Spectacular is indeed very high. No wonder it is touring many metropolitan cities in the world—wonderful, wonderful!"
As to the backdrop, he said, "Wow, the backdrop is hardly seen, it is so real as if we were all in a fairyland. It has really lived up to its name 'Divine!' I am very thankful to have the opportunity to see the Divine Performing Arts' Chinese Spectacular."
Hong said, "Falun Gong practitioners have made great contribution to the society. They have unselfishly devoted a lot to the society."
Hong Mingshan and Hong Minghong were among Hong's family members seeing the Chinese Spectacular together. Both of them are also traditional Chinese medical doctors. When talking about the show, they said with a smile on their faces, "It is really splendid, really worth coming."
