MELBOURNE, Australia—"We enjoyed the show very much; it was very nice, very pretty."Jill Page praised the Divine Performing Arts show in Melbourne after seeing it with her husband on Sunday.
"The costumes were just fabulous!
"The dancers were wonderful and we enjoyed the singing, we enjoyed the instruments.
"The Chinese instruments, the Chinese traditional music is wonderful. Very calm, very soothing music, it's lovely," she said.
"The drumming was stirring, yes, very, very stirring. "We enjoyed it very much."
"I think we enjoyed the drumming. I enjoyed the 'Ladies of the Manchu Court', on the high shoes. "They did very well, they never fell over, they were very good. And the 'Mongolian Bowl Dance', that was wonderful, it was all wonderful!
"We have been to China. We went on a tour last year, so we have seen a few Chinese shows over there. But this was just fabulous."
Jill Page is a teacher and she attended the performance with her retired husband Roy Page.
