MELBOURNE, Australia—Mrs Bobbie Kinski, a Polish aged care worker saw the Chinese Spectacular at the State Theatre on March 30 with her three cousins.

"It's absolutely beautiful and stunning. There's more to it... there's so much beauty there that we don't see. This just showed it to us," she said.

"I understand where these people are coming from... in the songs, the words that were there - so I can sympathise with where they're coming from," she said.

"I think that's what we all feel too," added one of the other cousins.

Mrs Kinski, who is from Cairns in Queensland's far north, came to see the show because she was told she should see it.

"A lady who I met in a hospital – she told me about it, and I rang up my cousins and said do you want to go. We are all into culturalism."

The cousins enjoyed the show too. "The first time in my life I've seen a show like this," said one of the cousins.

"I loved the drums," said another.

"Yeah the drums, the drums" added the others. "And the colours," said another cousin.

"The dresses are so beautiful. Beautiful colours – I like this one," said one member of the group. The others all agreed. "Go and see it, go and see it. Definitely go and see it."

They said they would tell all their friends about the show.
