LINKOPING, Sweden—Dorna Behdadi from Floda, in the outskirts of Gothenburg, watched the Chinese Spectacular on Thursday 27 March.
"The drums were powerful. They touched me. But what really touched me the most was the opening act when the gods were about to descend to earth. It was really magnificent. The music, the lyrics, everything. I was deeply touched and almost started to cry," she said.
She studies moral philosophy at the University of Gothenburg and felt her studies were very closely related to the act 'The Fruits of Goodness'.
"Yes, in the act that was about destiny, that when you do a good deed, you can reverse your destiny. That is absolutely what moral philosophy is all about."
Her parents come from Iran, and she thus lives amongst two different cultures, the Swedish and the Iranian. She thinks that all cultures have their own charm, just like all languages, and she enjoyed the language and the music in the show.
