BERLIN, Germany—Erika Scholz is a retired music teacher who loves classical ballet, who thoroughly enjoyed the Chinese Spectacular . She was especially impressed by the light-footed dances and beautiful costumes in front of a unique stage design.

She said: "This background with the water, the rain, with thunder and lightning, the high mountains covered in snow – the colors were splendid." She said that she has never seen anything like it before.

Twenty years ago, Scholz had seen a Chinese performance at the Berlin State Opera. What she saw in Berlin, she said, was music partially tailored to the West. "I find that this here is more understandable. Back then it was very incomprehensible for me," the music teacher stated.

Peter Nowak, teacher for German and History, is also retired and found that the three big spiritual truths of Truthfulness, Compassion and Tolerance, were wonderfully implemented into the show. "Everything was performed very beautifully, the music and the dancers, I am delighted. I will recommend the show to my friends."
