PRAGUE, Czech Republic—A couple who works in the financial sector was among the enthusiastic audience attending Tuesday's performance of Divine Performing Arts Chinese Spectacular at the Congress Center in Prague.

"It was really nice," said Vit Levy during the intermission. Levy is a regional director of financial services specializing in mortgages.

Levy said his favorite performance thus far was the Chinese violin, or Erhu. He said he also quite liked a dance called Water Sleeves.

"I really like Asia," he said, adding that he is very fond of Indian and Japanese culture as well as Chinese culture because of its Buddhist connection.

His wife and co-worker, Ivanova Leva, said she was familiar with the symbolism of the lotus flower in the show through her shared passion for Indian culture.

She said she was fond of cultural traditions that emphasize peacefulness.

"Whatever can contribute is good. It is high time to make some positive changes in our world, in our own world, in China — everywhere."

Leva praised the show for its emphasis on virtues such as truthfulness and compassion.

"I think they are really positive messages, truth and compassion, definitely positive messages and they should be developed and cultivated."

The couple's son, who is also a fan of Asian culture, said his favorite performance was one of the male singers.

"I don't remember the words which he sings, but it is special really...the music and the words. Everything was in good harmony."
