"The message, about freedom, the freedom of thinking and the freedom of religion came across very clearly." Mia De Schampelaere, a Federal Parliament member who lives in Antwerp. Mia has a law degree and is President of the 'Legal Commission' in the Federal Parliament.
"The artistic level is very high. I think it's something you can usually not see in Europe, because we don't have the same elegance as the young Chinese people. And I believe they also have lots of discipline to train and to present the show," said Mia.
Mia is interested in spirituality and stands for a society and a political community with more spirituality and spiritual awareness.
"There are differences between the dances we have seen and the western dances. I think that the Chinese dancers are more 'light.' It seems to be in their nature," added Mia.
