THE HAGUE, Netherlands—"The show was fantastic! It was beautiful," exclaimed Janet DeSuzor, a project manager for a local shipping company after seeing the Wednesday evening performance of Chinese Spectacular .
"I enjoyed the show. It was something I have never seen before. I would recommend it to my friends if it comes again to the Netherlands."
She also remarked about the beauty of the show, "The beginning program was the most beautiful. The waterfall was beautiful. The drums were beautiful.
"It was actually all too beautiful," she said.
Chan Sichang, a real estate agent, was happy to see Chinese Spectacular showing traditional Chinese culture."You see a lot of Chinese culture, the forgotten history. You see, a lot of Chinese people still know Chinese history," he said.
"But the second generation like me or the third generation like my kids who have never [learned] about Chinese history, now it's nice to see something like this from the Motherland back here."
"I think this is a great chance to go back to your roots. That's really unique and a great opportunity. And I really can recommend it to everybody."
"There is also a lot of morality; also in the songs you see a lot of morals," he said.
