TOKYO-Ambassador Patricia Cardenas of Colombia attended the February 13th Spectacular representing Colombia and the Colombian people living in Japan.

She came to the second show in Tokyo, Japan with her two children, Juan and Daniela. The shows combination dance, song, and legend left a positive impression on the Ambassador and her family.

"I enjoyed it very, very much. It's a beautiful performance, full of colors, movements … it's really very, very special," applauded Ambassador Cardenas. When asked which performance was her favorite, she replied that she liked all of them.

"I really like the combinations; the dances with the background screen, and the movements that it brings. I've never seen such a combination before, and I like it very much," she said.

The Ambassador also enjoyed the shows relaxing atmosphere and contrast.

"I think the show is very relaxing, the colors are well combined, and the [women's] movements are soft. The contrast between the men and the women dancing is very nice. The strong movements for the men and very, very soft movements for the women, the costume colors were very soft too."

The Spectacular combines various elements of classical Chinese performing arts which the Ambassador simply loved, "Every dance sends a clear message with each particular instrument used, it's very well combined. The music, instruments, the dancing, the background scene, and colors, it's a perfect combination."

The Spectacular will be showing in Tokyo at Bunkyo Civic Hall on Friday then on February 17th at Meitetsu Hall in Nagoya. For other shows in the Divine Performing Arts world tour, please visit: http://www.DivinePerformingArts.org/.
