SAN FRANCISCO—The Saturday night performance of the Spectacular was the last of seven shows in San Francisco, and one audience member had great appreciation for the hard work the performers had put into the show.

Franz, a teacher from San José said, "It was a wonderful program, especially the color of the costumes, and the way the dancers and performers blended in so well with the background and scenery."

"They wore magnificent colors, and the beauty of the motion—the affects they were able to create—were awesome," he continued.

When asked to compare the show with others he had seen, Franz responded: "I would say this one is far more extensive… I would give this one the edge for its professionalism, and for the refinement of the presentation."

Franz also found the Spectacular to be quite educational. He explained: "I love the Chinese legends and stories that were featured.

"I think it helped illuminate things a lot to know the story of predestined relationships; that no meeting is accidental, of when two people come together—what a beautiful thought."

Franz especially enjoyed one piece called "Forsythia in Spring."

He "liked the bright colors of the costumes, the yellow for example. Their costumes matched the colors of the scenery."

"You could really imagine those flowers in that field, blowing around in the wind, and frolicking among themselves. It was quite delightful to see," Franz explained.
