Several hundred people from New York and beyond rallied to support Chinese people in China who are quitting the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) and its affiliates. The rally was held jointly by the Global Service Center for Quitting the Chinese Communist Party and the Epoch Times Group.

The rally was hosted by a special guest, Dr. Li Xiaotian of New Tang Dynasty TV. Key speakers included Dr. Li Dayong from the Global Service Center for Quitting the Chinese Communist Party, Dr. Damon Noto of New York, Epoch Times editor-in-chief John Nania, and Xiaojin from the Global Mission to Rescue Persecuted Falun Gong Practitioners (GMR).

The Divine Land Marching Band and Falun Gong practitioners' waist drum team were invited to join the rally. After the rally, the participants held a peaceful parade through the streets of Brooklyn. The drums and horns of the bands caught the attention of residents and passersby.

In his speech, John Nania pointed out that it is the media's responsibility to warn the public of danger, and this is why The Epoch Times is advocating for the "sunset of the CCP."

Just as media should warn people about an epidemic, or how media should have warned the world about the danger of the Nazi Party in the 1930's, so should responsible media now be telling people about the danger of the CCP, which has been responsible for more than 80 million unnatural deaths and countless cases of torture, broken families, and corrupted minds.
