The Divine Performing Arts dancing troupe performed it's final show in Auckland tonight to a full house at The Civic theatre.
People from all walks of life attended, giving praise to the finale.
Jim Murphy, an Engineer from Auckland's North Shore City who has been involved with theatre for two decades was most impressed.
"Very, very spectacular. I'm very impressed with the singing and dancing, and the costumes are fantastic. I've been involved with theatre for about 20 years and I'm very impressed with this," he said.
"I belong to two North Shore amateur theatrical societies – mainly involved with the technical side, such as set construction, lighting and sound, and stage management. All [of the acts] were of a very high standard, but the singing was exceptionally good," said Mr Murphy.
Jim Blackman, CEO of Triangle Television said he enjoyed the show thoroughly.
"Tremendous, very good indeed, colourful and really entertaining. They are highly talented people," he said.
"I enjoyed the tea dance – the Mongolian tea dance was extremely clever. The Chinese violin (erhu) was also very good."
"The fact that the show tended to show how throughout Asia there is the Buddhist feeling, I think that was really important and really impressive," he added.
The group now travels to Taiwan, Korea and Canada on it's global tour.
