On November 19, 2004, The Epoch Times published the editorial series, "Nine Commentaries on the Communist Party." Like a sudden thunderclap, it has shaken up people worldwide. It is the first ever comprehensive and profound article that thoroughly exposes the evil Chinese Communist Party (CCP), reveals the essence of this hoodlum party's bloody anti-humanity and anti-universe history. This editorial series has brought the largest spiritual awakening movement in history, and has triggered an unstoppable wave of resignations from the CCP. The awakened Mainland and overseas people chose to withdraw from the CCP and all its associated organizations, to break away from the evil, and to march toward brightness.
In merely one year, the number of resignation from the CCP and its associated organizations has reached 6 million. The CCP regime is facing instant collapse—the "Nine Commentaries" is dissolving the CCP and a great historical change is occurring. November 19, the anniversary of the publication of the "Nine Commentaries," is a day of great happiness that brings brightness to China and the world and is a day that is truly worthy of cheering for and celebrating. People will forever remember this day; history will forever document this moment.
The "Nine Commentaries" has unlocked the spiritual shackles that has locked the 1.3 billion Chinese in terror and awakened people's conscience. In this historical moment, we would like to express our respect and support for these 6 million brave warriors, who are duty-bound not to turn back, provide leadership in taking responsibilities for life, make decisions for their future, and keep distance from the evil. In human history, there have never been so many people who have said "no" to a brutal, evil regime. There have never been so many people who have rationally and peacefully abandoned a totalitarian, tyrannical authority. This is a historical wonder, divine providence, and God's will to extinguish the CCP.
In looking at the last century's history, the CCP has been the biggest organized illegal organization and the biggest cult. It is the evil gang of power that has been most destructive to the China traditional culture, and it is the true anti-Chinese force. The CCP has exhausted all propaganda and committed all evil acts. In the 56 years of its usurped power, the CCP has reached the limit of crime for it's the culprit in slaughtering 80 million Chinese people.
Today, this evil CCP is already sitting on the edge of a crater yet it still continues to trample on human rights to maintain its rule. It strangles freedom of speech, suppresses appeals, and deprives all freedoms of belief. In the past six years, the CCP has persecuted and tortured tens of thousands of Faun Gong practitioners who believe in the principle of "truthfulness, compassion, and forbearance." The CCP has utilized one quarter of China's national economic resources to carry on this persecution. The CCP is a power that seriously threats world peace and causes all unstable factors. If the CCP were not to be eliminated, there would be no peace in China and the world, and people would not have happiness.
We call on the just people of the world, people on both sides of the Taiwan strait to join hands, hearts and efforts to stop the tyranny and renounce the CCP. Let the Chinese nation be thoroughly free from the CCP, and let more people break away from the CCP's evil spiritual shackles.
Six million people having withdrawn from the CCP is an important historical milestone. The CCP can barely manage to maintain a feeble existence and its day of doom is around the corner. The CCP's wicked accomplices, if they continue to serve the CCP, will certainly be trialed and condemned by history and gods.
