Zhao Ziyang’s death agrees with the phrase from Northern Song Dynasty’s legendary work, Plum Blossom Poem: “The fire dragon rises from hibernation and the sorrow of Yan Gate sets in, the original precious stone meets with tribulation, and Zhao withdraws.” Experts have interpreted the ancient verse to mean that Zhao Ziyang’s life was arranged by the gods. The image of the “fire dragon” refers to the Chinese Communist Party (CCP), which is known in some circles as the “red, wicked dragon.” Some feel that this poem can be read as a prophecy that tells of the June 4th incident, the Zhao Ziyang persecution, and the CCP’s fall from power.

What will happen to the CCP when the spirit’s skeleton is gathered in?

Ziyang’s death will prove to be a difficult trial for the CCP, one that may very well lead to its demise. The key lies in the inalienable unification of the open mourning of Ziyang and the mounting trend within China of resigning from the CCP. The two causes have been linked in the mind of the public. If the CCP decided to mourn Zhao Ziyang, they will be saying goodbye to themselves; this would send a clear message to the rest of the world that the CCP is about to fall.

According to the Plum Blossom Poem, Zhao’s death was predicted thousands of years ago. The poem prophecies the change from the old world order to the new, from the reign of the CCP to the new order that will arise in its place.

The CCP knows of the connection between Zhao and its own destruction, and has therefore stalled on setting a date for Zhao’s public memorial ceremony. The family of the deceased has complained to the government and the ensuing negotiations have nearly ended in failure. Authorities want the cremation to be taken care of as soon as possible and officials have not yet provided the biography manuscript, therefore Zhao’s family firmly disagrees.

Why does the CCP regard Zhao Ziyang’s biography manuscript to be of such importance? The answer is that many feel the purity of mourning for Zhao depends on the biography manuscript, but the CCP fears that the manuscript would further encourage people to leave the Communist Party. That’s why the CCP will certainly cause trouble and discredit him in the biography manuscript. It is actually trying to deviate from mourning and denounce Zhao, or not even send a biography manuscript, pressuring the officials to push on with the cremation without it. Actually, from the start the CCP it has attempted to downplay the public importance of Zhao’s death, using only 56 characters to report on it in the papers; the CCP is attempting to deny its gloomy metamorphosis.

It is said that the CCP insists on harshly criticizing Zhao for his actions taken during the June 4th incident. Zhao’s family feels that if the CCP does not stop this kind of slander, they will publish the truth of Zhao’s 16 years of unfair house arrest.

The CCP’s 16 years of house arrest is being regarded by people online as one of the world’s major cases human rights abuse. Most college students nowadays do not even know what kind of a person Zhao Ziyang was. For people who are older, they act like a century has gone by, “It’s been too long, I don’t remember.” If the truth of the unfairness of Zhao’s 16 years of house arrest was written in the memorial speeches, then that would mean the CCP’s (Jiang’s Regime’s) 16 years’ effort to create “wonder” was for nothing. How could the CCP allow that to happen?

According to the CCP’s convention, after a person passes away, good things are suppose to be said in the memorial speech and it would be wrong to say bad things because that would turn the memorial into an excuse for public criticism. So on the surface, the CCP has another choice, which is to not mention the June 4th incident, as if it never existed, and write only his pervious merits in the biography. Zhao’s family also knows that for the CCP to admit its mistakes would be impossible, therefore, they would not reject this compromise. But from the looks of Zhao’s family and the CCP’s game of tug-of-war , the CCP is simply unwilling to do what is right in the name of a peaceful solution.

On the surface it would seem that the CCP is resisting paying tribute to Zhao’s memory, because it fears what would happen if the truth of the June 4th incident became public knowledge. This is just the surface reasoning. When has the CCP actually sincerely fulfilled the people’s anticipations? They’ve been disappointed time and time again. This doesn’t bother the CCP, as it knowingly uses the hopes of the people against them.

Starting from the New Year, 91 associations around the world initiated the “say bye-for-good to the CCP” proposal at the same time. They declared, “The Epoch Time’s special series, "Nine Commentaries on the CPP" exposed the CCP’s evil nature, it is the final comments on the CCP and has shaken Mainland China as well as overseas countries. The minds of people all over the world as well as inside the red power were all affected. For the Chinese nation’s future, for ours and our descendants’ future, our one wish is to, ‘Say bye-for-good to the CCP!’… This is our own mind’s desire to reject the CCP, to reject evil.

The CCP has become chaotic due to the fact that never in history has such a large scale “wave of resignations from the CCP” occurred. This has all been correctly attributed to the positive effect of the "Nine Commentaries." It was rumored online that the "Nine Commentaries’" nine paths heavenly symbols was set. Of course the CCP is overly nervous and, using tied up tactics, has ordered those who have resigned to be dismissed from their positions and has forced the search production group to collectively increase party members.

Adding fuel to the fire, on January 17, Zhao Ziyang passed away. What the CCP desired to see least was a wave of memorial ceremonies overseas. Some ten large international memorial ceremonies have displayed the banner, “Mourn Zhao Ziyang, say bye-for-good to the CCP.”

Why is “Mourn Zhao Ziyang, say bye-for-good to the CCP” so closely related? The network has a section of splendid elaboration on this:

“For 16 years, Mr. Zhao Ziyang has chosen self-exile over collaborating with the CCP, thereby, preserving the dignity a historical figure should possess. This is extremely commendable since one is made to follow the CCP from a young age, planting the seed of aspiration to one day become an important CCP member. Yet Zhao made a personal choice at the crucial moment to preserve his conscience, and without doubt, became a bright figure in history. Mr. Zhao Ziyang left the position of the CCP General Secretary and left behind his life within the cruel and despicable CCP. His human nature defeated the party spirit although the body became the CCP’s prisoner. But the spirit is the real and brave warrior and has garnered true freedom and a fine reputation.”

Zhao was obviously the first of the “say bye-for-good to the CCP” people. He rejected multiple times the amnesty Deng Xiaopeng offered before he lost his freedom.. It is widely rumored that Zhao authored two official resignations from the CCP. Zhao Ziyang then had to forbear being forced from his position by the small minded Jiang Zemin, and then the indignity of being confined to his home for 16 years.

Mourning for the first person to “Say bye-for-good to the CCP” is approval of the most important belief in his life, so therefore, it is reinforcing the important message of leaving the CCP for good. Permanently leaving the CCP is the best thing one could do to honor Zhao’s memory.

Judging from the current situation, “Mourn Zhao Ziyang, say bye for good to the CCP” isn’t two phrases, but one phrase with one meaning. It is two ways of expressing the same idea in this special situation.

Therefore, the CCP’s “Mourning for Zhao” is “Saying bye for good” to itself and managing its own farewell. What the CCP fears most is lending official weight to the growing public sentiment to quit the Communist Party. The evil spirit of the CCP pulled people to join the party. Now it is heaven’s turn to bring about the CCP’s destruction, does it dare?
It may be inferred that evil will always say farewell to itself, as who can it jail and boss? When an influential person falls from power, his aspirations disperse. Actually, it is time for divine intervention to end the CCP and to tell the clear-minded people of this good opportunity.

As for the CCP’s inner circle of personages, they must make a clear distinction from the CCP on a regular basis to guarantee that their future safety will be guaranteed. If they can’t handle it well, they may still be hurt by the CCP. To be fair, there were high-ranking and senior officials who participated in grieving for Zhao. Therefore, if there is an opportunity then they should strive for it as much as possible as every place should. No matter how it is put, the purer, the better. Genuinely mourning Zhao is saying, “bye for good to the CCP.” Life and death is but one thought, heaven has bestowed a good opportunity.

Zhao Ziyang’s life did not have the mission of completely reforming China into democracy; otherwise it would not have missed the good opportunity the June 4th incident presented. However, fate arranged Zhao’s 16 years worth of tribulation to lend legitimacy and force to the phrase, “say bye-for-good to the CCP.” This was perhaps Zhao’s true mission in the human world, so as to shake the world and people’s hearts with formidable morality and justice. This is why the prophecy was recorded thousands of years ago in the Plum Blossom poem.

Therefore it is not hard to understand how the government is handling the Zhao Ziyang matter It is unique and the CCP has no way of understanding it. The lotus emerging from the dark, muddy pool isn’t contaminated and justice and morality have persevered these last 16 years. This situation is different from any situation to come before it. There isn’t any sign of vacillation even after death. This is something that cannot be explained using an average person’s rationale. It was arranged by the gods and he was born with this mission.

Now, the world knows the purpose of Zhao’s mission. Zhao, who fulfilled his mission, has a destination; this is the cause of his virtue. However, what will be of the living? This is the question and answer of the CCP’s death, which may become our leaving the protective talisman of the CCP. Those people who understand the true meaning of this will naturally know what to do.

On the afternoon of January 22, in New York people from all walks of life attended the memorial service ceremony at the Sheraton hotel. At the ceremony, professor Yang Liyu represented the memorial service committee in announcing the Global Chinese book. The first request was for the Chinese government to hold a memorial service and fairly appraise Zhao’s merits. The committee also expresses that, if the ceremony in Mainland China next week does not give a fair appraisal, then Zhao Ziyang’s relatives will refuse to leave the mourning hall.

This is the protest by first overseas associations against the Chinese government’s frontline propaganda, but not the CCP’s propaganda. That is to say, people have already started to separate the CCP and the CCP powered government. Simultaneously we see the public making a distinction between the evil CCP nature and inner CCP members who have a conscience.
